BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

In the very near future, The Witches Way will be undergoing a complete face lift and remake. I have grown tired of the restraints I now have since changing the site to a database driven php site. So, I will be going back to my own style of creation via hard code web design. I will also be adding dozens of new articles to the site that I have written over the past year. So, bear with me while the face-lift is underway as I will have hundreds of pages to organize and restructure... Oh Gods that's going to be a fun job...lol

Welcome to The Witches Way, this site is continually growing.

This site is my way of expressing my appreciation to my deities and for the fate they have bestowed upon me of sharing my ways with everyone who reads this site or my books.

I am not fluffy and neither are the Gods and Goddesses in which guide me on my journey. I walk within both the light, the dark and any other place my quests take me. I believe in balance and that is mainly what led me to begin Witches Way years ago.

I suppose most see me as being out of the norm when it comes to my practices and beliefs. Some deem me controversial and well, that's a positive perspective in my eyes.

I am caring and compassionate but not a push over by any standard. I began writing years ago because The God and Goddess that have been with me for many years directed me to do so. You see, what I saw and commonly read portrayed as Witchcraft, was far from what I experienced and learned from my deities.

I will not tell anyone that Witchcraft is easy, I will not tell anyone that there is a set of rules one must follow and I do not believe that everyone is a Witch. I also do not believe Wicca and Witchcraft are synonymous.

Witchcraft is not a fad. Witchcraft is not simply the practice of magic; because magic is the practice of magic. Nothing is handed to us upon a silver platter. No one can make you something you are not. It takes much longer than a year to enter the rite of passage known as initiation. The dark side is as balanced as the light, meaning neither is all good nor all bad. The deities are caring but are not babysitters; they will guide you but they will also let you fall upon your ass end if that's what it takes for you to learn a lesson.

Pagans Win In Court
After a nearly 1.5 year battle with the US Government, it is wonderful to see Sgt. Stewart's plaque finally installed at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada.

This is the first time in history that the Pentacle has appeared on a government-issued memorial plaque for a deceased Wiccan veteran at an American government-run veterans cemetery.
